Digital Services & Software Products

Due to the nature of our business, which includes digital goods, source code, custom development, and service-based deliverables, all sales are final once work has begun, files have been delivered, or access to services has been provided.

However, if you believe there has been an issue with the delivery or quality of the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to resolving your concern in a professional manner.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-developed websites or applications

  • Source code or downloadable software

  • Hosting and domain services after activation

  • SEO and digital marketing service plans once initiated

  • Game or app licenses sold and delivered

  • Personalized technical support or consultations


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • If the service or product was not delivered as agreed and no work was initiated.

  • If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

  • If payment was made accidentally in duplicate.

All refund requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of WebLab Solutions (Pvt) Ltd management. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Cancellations

For ongoing monthly or annual services (such as hosting or SEO), you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our support team. No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods.


Damaged or Defective Digital Deliverables

If you receive a corrupt or non-functioning file/package, please notify us immediately. We will reissue the item or provide technical support to ensure proper delivery. Replacement is prioritized over refund for digital products.
